Not only will you receive access to all of our fitness classes, you will also meet with a trainer at the beginning, middle and end of the Challenge to track your progress and keep you moving in the right direction. The MBG 60 Day Fitness Challenge is for anyone who wants a healthy lifestyle. The 60-day Fitness Challenge introduces you to the Monkey Bar Gym's unique fitness techniques that will help you reach your weight loss and reach fitness goals, regardless of your current fitness level.

Our 60-Day Fitness Challenge is so effective; the average participant lost 17 pounds of fat and gained 5.5 pounds of muscle. We customize our program to your needs regardless of what fitness level you're currently able to complete. We also focus on the "whole" you — inside and out. Learn what foods to eat, how to structure exercises around pre-existing injuries, how to rehab your body, and more!

MBG’s 60 DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE INCLUDES:

An introduction to Monkey Bar Gym’s unique training style, (2) month unlimited membership, (3) body fat tests, (3) fitness evaluations, (1) personal consultation, personal attention, nutritional guidelines (with recepes), help with goal setting, and support.
