Boxing

Boxing is a combat sport in which two people engage in a contest of strength, speed, reflexes, endurance, and will. In our Boxing class, you will learn the proper stances (upright stance, semi-crouch, full crouch), how to throw correct punches (jab, cross, hook, uppercut), and also how to block an opponents strike.

Our Boxing program offers a fun and challenging class in a positive environment led by professional instructors. You will leave Boxing feeling like you got an amazing workout, and also with the feeling of confidence that you can throw a punch with the best of them.
