Monkey Bar Gym's Boxing class incorporates functional boxing movements and punch mechanics. This is not your regular cardio boxing class. You will learn how to throw punch combos, proper foot-work, and a mean left hook.

Krav Maga - Self-Defense

Krav Maga (contact combat) is the premier self-defense system originally developed for the Israeli Military. Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations and extremely efficient and brutal counter-attacks. You will work with Krav Maga Alliance Certified Instructors who will teach you to defend against a variety of attacks and position you to counter attack in the quickest and most efficient way possible.

Muay Thai - Kickboxing

Monkey Bar Gym's Muay Thai Kickboxing class features stand up striking, kicking, and various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on shins is known as "the art of eight limbs" because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins. Our instructors will hone in your technique to make you an effective fighter.
