Our philosophy is based on three foundations that build on one another to produce the most holistic approach in the industry: Natural Training, Restoration Yoga, and Plant-Based Nutrition. By engaging in this "Wheel of Life," you will learn the skills necessary to rebuild and realign your body, train like a warrior, and eat plant strong. Combined, these three aspects are called MBG3. We strive to change the world of fitness from being one of isolation to one that helps people and the planet.

This is why our workouts are partner-based. This is why we don't use mirrors. And, this is why we train barefoot. MBG3 not only challenges our followers, but our trainers & instructors as well. We feel that you must first walk the walk, before you can talk the talk. We are driven to do what we do in hopes that we have a positive affect on everyone's health and the plant's health.

This not only reflects one person to another, but it also spreads into helping our community and on a larger scale, the planet. I encourage Plant-Based Nutrition, but I don't push it. My goal is to get people to reduce carbon emissions and global warming, which can be done by eating locally and by eating more plant-based foods. People helping Planet. The yoga we use in our training, Eischens Yoga, involves People Helping People through partner feedback. Rodger Eischen, my friend and mentor, taught me some of the most profound and yet simple techniques to engage weak muscles in the body and dramatically improve the alignment of the human body... I continuously strive to help people help themselves, others, and the planet!"


We train naturally with no machines, no shoes, no mirrors and no egos. Our training philosophy will help you increase your strength, speed, and stamina and we will teach you to move instinctively and be self-reliant. The goal of Natural Skill Training is to develop highly skilled and strong individuals.




We practice Yoga for restoration and to get stronger, balanced, and aligned. You will learn conscious breathing, and improve your posture. The goal of Restoration is to rid the body of injuries and relieve stress & pain.



Plant-Based Nutrition


We eat a Plant-Based Diet to have a healthy body and reduce impact on the planet. Embracing Plant-Based Nutrition will get you lean and reduce inflammation. You will learn the skills and knowledge needed to eat right for you. The goal of Plant-Based Nutrition is to feel light and energized.
