Our Training is built on progressions and rooted in yoga. So, no matter what fitness level you are at, we will meet you there and help you to where you want to be. We understand both high-level athletic performance and physical limitations. When training with us, you won't be on your own, like at typical gyms. You'll get individualized attention from a professional instructor and the results of working with a Personal Trainer.

Strength Training incorporates functional strength training to help you with the movements you make every day. You will learn how to use your own body weight and the equipment necessary to improve your overall strength and power.


Conditioning Training puts the fun back in your workout. You will work with a variety of equipment and learn techniques specially designed to challenge your cardiovascular endurance, agility and balance.

Restoration Yoga

Restoration Yoga works to improve your posture through hands-on-feedback. You will engage the weak muscles in the body which can make dramatic improvements in your body's alignment.

Plant-Based Nutrition

All of us at Monkey Bar Gym promote a whole-food, Plant-Based Diet. Our nutrition program is based on whole or minimally processed plants, primarily fruits, vegetables, whole grains, tubers, and legumes. It excludes or minimizes animal-based foods such as meat (including poultry and fish), dairy, and eggs, as well as refined foods like bleached flour, refined sugar, and oil.
