StrikeFit® is our exclusive heavy bag workout. This high energy kickboxing program isn’t just another “cardio kickboxing” class. StrikeFit® is a high-intensity workout that includes heavy bag & pad-work, combined with fitness intervals using kettle bells to medicine balls, and plyometrics to wind sprints. Our Certified StrikeFit Instructors will teach you how to put strike combinations together properly, but the focus is on fun and fitness. You will leave this class drenched in sweat but wanting more!
